Reiki Level 1 brief outline:
- History of Reiki
- Guided meditation journeys
- Learning the energy ball
- Intro to the first Reiki symbol - attuned
- Understanding of the chakras and & learning the self scan
- Understanding the claire's
- Aura/Intuitive partner scanning
- Energy cleansing/Protection
- Placement - Ceremony in which you are attuned to being a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner
- Practice on each other / questions etc
- Receiving your practitioners certification the same day!
